Michelle will gracefully guide you through this slower flow vinyasa class with focus on maintaining the quality of the breath, the integrity of the movement, the innate intelligence of the body, and the clarity of the mind.
We all have a tendency to move through our endeavors, our days, and even our lives too fast, so it's beneficial for us to purposefully and mindfully slow down in our yoga practice. Sometimes it's even harder to to than a faster paced class because we are going against our own grain! In this class, time is given to allow proper alignment in a posture, to breathe in it, and create space to transition to whatever comes next. Maybe then, if we can learn to find stability and a sense of being connected on our mats, finding space in which we can breathe deep and transition through change with ease and grace, we can learn to do this in our daily lives as well!
