Over the years, maybe even throughout our life times, we’ve so beautifully created ways to keep ourselves seemingly safe from harm. We’ve built barbed wire around our torn-to-pieces heart. We’ve hard-wired our nervous system to numb enormous amounts of pain. We’ve learned skilled ways to silence our voices and swallow our feelings. We’ve learned how to live a filtered life amongst other filtered lives and it’s time to break free. It’s time to breathe deeply to help release the restraints that no longer serve you so that you can live a life that does.
an active meditation technique that allows you to connect with your breath and clear your mind and body of stuck energy. It allows you to feel where your blocks reside and actively move through them, creating a pathway for an emotional detox.
On one hand it activates you, on the other it allows you to relax and release tension while liberating limiting beliefs. It can connect you to your innate wisdom while helping you to open your heart to honest self-love, self-healing, and self-acceptance.
