Breathwork For Self Connection
I think it’s safe to say that, as human beings, we crave connection. A part of us, whether it’s galactic or as minute as a cell, desires nearness with Another, with Source, with our Ancestors, with Nature, and eventually, with Ourselves. As someone who carries an old spoken narrative of forgiven, but never forgotten self sabotage, I understand that the latter — the connection to self — can feel present but often neglected and seldom remembered. The practice of Breathwork has gifted me, graciously, with a connection to parts of me I never realized were offline. It has helped me heal my relationship with the bodies I embody and with who I am. That connection alone has been my most rewarding endeavor.
an active meditation technique that allows you to connect with your breath and clear your mind and body of stuck energy. It allows you to feel where your blocks reside and actively move through them, creating a pathway for an emotional detox.
On one hand it activates you, on the other it allows you to relax and release tension while liberating limiting beliefs. It can connect you to your innate wisdom while helping you to open your heart to honest self-love, self-healing, and self-acceptance.
