Breathwork For Clearing the Archives of the Lungs

It has been said that, if left unexpressed, we can carry lifetimes of grief and sadness within the intricate weavings of our lungs. It has also been said that in order to heal we need to feel. When given a safe space to feel into and clear the ancient archives of our lungs we welcome a freedom, a healing, we might have otherwise never known. The result? A deep capacity to breath and in-turn a deeper capacity to live. When the energy of your lungs travels unhindered it opens the pathways to clearer thinking, new ideas and good communication. Let’s bow to our final weeks of autumn and welcome the deep chill of winter with a cleaner, clearer, more fulfilling breath.

Breathwork is

an active meditation technique that allows you to connect with your breath and clear your mind and body of stuck energy. It allows you to feel where your blocks reside and actively move through them, creating a pathway for an emotional detox.

On one hand it activates and stimulates you, on the other it allows you to relax and release tension while liberating limiting beliefs. It can connect you to your innate wisdom while helping you to open your heart to honest self-love, self-healing, and self-acceptance.
